We are going to have an opportunity to explore the future together, which is always both daunting and exciting. In particular we will be;
- Identifying critical disruptors that are potentially shaping the future.
- Understanding the strategic implications for National Societies models.
- Begin exploring some concrete actions and capacity priorities to strengthen and future proof the National Societies
