We want to hear from you
Every person in our global network has a unique perspective on humanitarian action and our organisation
We are now running regular surveys to understand the reality of life in the Red Cross Red Crescent, the impact of changes to communities and the ways we work.
All of your ideas will fuel the Strategy 2030 midterm review. These surveys will change regularly, so check back and keep sharing your ideas.

About
Strategy 2030 Mid-Term General Survey
As we approach the mid-point of our Global Strategy 2030, it is time to reflect on what we’ve achieved so far, and what we must prioritise over the next five years.
We want to hear from you – the people delivering services, driving change, and dealing with the challenges of a changing world. The IFRC Strategy 2030 is the combined global ambitions of all National Societies in the network, so your perspectives and experience are important.
In late October 2024 we will present your views, concerns and hopes to the IFRC General Assembly where the Presidents, Secretaries General and Youth Representatives of every National Society will meet alongside IFRC Secretariat leaders to discuss the Strategy.
We will keep updating this page as the process develops, with new surveys and chances to share your views throughout the year.
Strategy 2030
What is Strategy 2030?
Strategy 2030 is about the changes that will allow us to be better able to save lives, and support efforts to amplify people’s own, skills and capacities.
Strategy 2030 proposes a series of transformations to achieve these goals, challenging us all to think beyond the status quo.
